Cancellation requests received on or before 15 November 2026 are eligible for a refund of the ticket price. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after 15 November 2026.
This event is offered as a fixed package. Individual inclusions cannot be removed, exchanged, altered or discounted.
The three-hour beverage package is available only during the advertised event time. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and over. Responsible service of alcohol requirements apply.
The Grand Ballroom will be arranged with round tables seating 10 guests. Bookings of eight guests or fewer may share a table with other attendees. Bookings of more than eight guests will be allocated their own table where possible. Larger groups may be divided across adjacent tables depending on the final room configuration.
